Thank you for shopping with Rose et Marius US. Each order is carefully prepared and packed at our warehouse in San Diego, California to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Processing & Dispatch
- Domestic Orders: Typically dispatched within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) of payment confirmation.
- International Orders: Allow up to 72 hours for dispatch due to export documentation and carrier scheduling.
During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship nationwide from San Diego, California using discounted Shopify carrier rates from UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. No free shipping is offered.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand using DHL Express Worldwide and USPS International services. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. No free international shipping is offered.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or reimburse customs charges. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and associated costs will be deducted from any refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped, and orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipment costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after carrier pickup.
Damages or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rm@maisonduquesne.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll assist promptly with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to USPS, UPS, or DHL Express. Rose et Marius US is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. For missing shipments, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
