Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. Returns are subject to the following conditions. Please review our return policy carefully—failure to comply with our return policy will result in your return being denied.

Return Conditions

The following conditions must be met in order to be eligible to receive a full refund:

  1. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable).
  2. The item must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.
  3. You must provide either the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

In order to initiate a return, you must first request a return authorization. You may submit a request via our contact page. The return request must be sent within 30 days of the item's delivery date. If your return is accepted, you will receive a notification containing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with further instructions including the return shipping address. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for handling all aspects of return shipping including packaging the item, selecting appropriate shipping services, purchasing shipping and delivering the shipment to the selected carrier. We highly recommend packaging the item carefully to prevent damage during return shipping. If the returned item arrives damaged or fails to meet our eligibility conditions (unused, unopened, in original packaging, etc.), we will be unable to issue a refund.

In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) for reimbursement, as we are not liable for damage incurred during transit.
  • No distinction will be made between items damaged in transit and those improperly packaged or altered by the customer.

For clarity, refunds will only be processed for returns that meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via our contact page if any item in your order arrives defective or damaged, so we can evaluate and remedy the issue. Likewise, if there are any discrepancies with your order (incorrect item, wrong size, missing parts, etc.), please notify us within 10 days of delivery to ensure a timely resolution.

Please note that failure to report defects, damage, or order errors within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with replacements or refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to request a return authorization for the item you have. Once the return has been accepted and approved, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the following conditions must be met in order to be eligible to receive a full refund:

  1. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable).
  2. The item must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.
  3. You must provide either the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing may take up to 10 business days to complete after we receive and approve your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out to us via our contact page.
